This is a vacation rental that is all about relaxing and chilling out with friends and family. The large living room provides a large smart television, a very comfortable couch to fit everyone during movie night, and a pool table for those that enjoy a little 8 eight ball.
The front formal area is another great location to enjoy with your guests as it provides multiple seating arrangements, a gas fireplace, and there’s also a great selection of board games for everyone to enjoy.
The kitchen is fully stocked for those looking to prepare an afternoon snack or a gourmet dinner for the entire group. There’s even a wine fridge to chill that special bottle of chardonnay! Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining table that’s situated next to French Doors that open to the backyard and allow a gentle breeze to follow into the home – it’s a wonderful way to experience that indoor-outdoor Palm Springs lifestyle.
The sun filled outdoor space is an entertainer's delight with room for outdoor games, pool, spa, and built-in natural gas BBQ, and let’s not forget the Poolside Cabana which makes for a perfect place to unwind. During the evening this outdoor oasis is perfect to gather around the outdoor fire pit and enjoy your company along with the ambience provided by the accented landscape lighting.
The front 2 guest bedrooms share the hallway bath, with tub/shower combination. One guest bedroom has a King bed, and second bedroom has 2 Extra Long Twin beds. The Primary retreat has a King bed, en-suite bath (including a large tub/shower combination), Smart TV and doors leading to the backyard.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
