Positive: The location, the place was very well decorated, clean, and the owners had wonderful instructions i side the condo.
Negative: The management company Vacasa needed to provide clearer instructions on how to enter the condo. It was not easily regonizable that you needed to enter into a door to access a stairwell and then go up a flight of stairs to find the door with the appropriate keypad. There is no signs or anything to be able to follow or figure that out. When I arrived there was a keypad on another door right next to the alloted parking space. We assumed that was the door since it was the only one with a keypad that we could visibly see. I contacted the management company and all they said was it must be a code for the 4pm check in and we would have to wait although their management company told us via email and text it was ready at 12pm. They didn't bother to provide us with a new code nor check to ensure we were at the proper door. The lack and didn't care attitude was very poor and the reason for the low score. People that have them for management needs to take note of this issue. Its a beautiful place, but people need to have better instructions accessing it and also management needs to be more friendly and caring to provide help after people are driving for hours to a location. Also there is an ant issue in the bathroom. It appears they had ant bait out, but they bit my feet when I stepped out of the shower. So hopefully they can get that cleared up soon.
