This is a timeshare unit in what is basically a hotel. This 8th floor unit has OPTION TO RENT IDENTICAL ADJACENT LOCKOUT UNIT NEXT DOOR for same week if not already booked.
Unit has balcony with beautiful ocean view over Waterman's Restaurant on the boardwalk. Full galley kitchen with full-size fridge, microwave/convection oven, 4-burner stovetop, sink, dishwasher, including all dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils.
King bed in main bedroom with sleep sofa in living room. Cable TV w/ DVD player in main bedroom; Cable TV in living room. Full bath.
Two elevators, wireless internet, pool and Jacuzzi in hotel lobby. Workout room, game room, and lounge area on second floor. Laundry room, parking garage, and restaurant on premises.

Summary: Upon arriving we had a 1/2 hour wait as our door wouldn’t work with our keys as the door had to be reprogrammed. Then we had many ants which they had to spray our place. We couldn’t open the balcony door as the door hinges were broke so maintenance had to replace the hinges. Our door once again wouldn’t let us in as they batteries died so we had to wait again for entrance into our place for them to fix the door. WiFi would not work as many of the TV channels and was extremely clichy The place next door was extremely loud and noisy throughout the night. The smell of cigarette smoke was awful in our place as our neighbors were smokers causes it to leave a awful smell and there was a no smoking policy which wasn’t being followed. The cholorine smell was so over powering from the pool as it was right in the entrance. Our pull out couch would not close causing us once again to call maintenance. The springs were coming out of the mattress making it unusable to use as another bed. Our bedroom lamps were broke the shapes torn and falling. The kitchen was not fully equipped. Not enough silverware and not linens to dry our dishes with which we were told we would have. We would not stay here again in the future. For the price we paid we shouldn’t of had this many issues especially for a vacation. For everything we did go through and the many calls we put into the front desk they were courteous and helpful
