Awesome seaviews of the ocean and about 200 feet from the beach. With one property separating the villa from the solitude beach, it directly overlooks the Solitude Bay and Cotton Valley Shores in the East End, St.Croix, United States Virgin Island. The beach is across the road that borders the Villa where there are multi million dollar vacation beach homes and it sits right above the villa where the ex President of the United States has stayed several times. Villa was built about 11 years ago and comprises of the main quarters and an ensuite apt and it takes advantage of the sweeping views of the Caribbean sea in front of it thru the 8 double sliding hurricane glass doors of the villa. Structure is solid concrete including the poured concrete roof and interior. Main quarters has 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and the apt suite has 1 bedroom for an additional two persons. (××× Apt is only included when there are at least 6 paying guests.×××) Villa has a modern decor. The surroundings of the Villa are very peaceful and quiet which affords perfection for a retreat from the rat race. Both the Villa and the ensuite apt have their own private entrance and parking. There is no pool on the property. The entrance is gated to the Villa which sits on a little hill overlooking the Cotton Valley shores and the Buck Island, the last of the US National Park.
