This large, unique 3-bedroom beach home features an open floor plan with coastal-chic decor and Gulf views from the back deck. Located in the La Playa neighborhood of Port Aransas, one of the closest neighborhoods to the beach, with a private boardwalk.
Never miss out on a conversation while gathering in this expansive living room/dining/kitchen setting with grand ceilings. Watch your favorite movies on the TV with cable and Wi-Fi from the plush sectional couch, which converts to a sleeper or a chair. The full kitchen is complete with tile countertops, updated white appliances, a regular coffee maker, and a Keurig, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils for preparing family meals. Dine at the table with seating for eight. There is additional seating for two at the bar. Curl up and read a book in the quiet sitting area off the living room, or utilize the desk for distance learning and checking in on work from home. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, a closet, and a chest for your beach attire. The hall bath is appointed with a vanity and a corner shower with a glass door. The master bedroom (BR2) is equipped with a King bed, TV, and closet. The ensuite bathroom provides a vanity and tub/shower. The upstairs area is perfect for kids (BR3), furnished with 2 Twin beds, 1 Full Bed, a TV, a chest, a closet, and plenty of floor space to play. The ensuite bathroom features a vanity and a shower. Sip your morning coffee on the back, L-shaped deck, and take in the Gulf view and breeze. After a day of fishing, cook up your catch on the charcoal grill below.
