Southern Grace has 2 screened-in porches which complement the spacious 2500 sq. ft. home - the rear porch overlooks the pool and the beautiful Point Washington Forest. This meticulously maintained home is located on a corner lot and overlooks the fountain pound.
This floor plan has two entertainment areas on the main floor (two TV's). Kitchen is fully equipped and plenty of seating is available for the family at the dining table and kitchen bar. Southern Grace bedrooms sleep 9 with all bedrooms located upstairs. The home has two king beds with private baths. The additional 2 bedrooms include a queen bed and a room with twins in the other with a shared full bath and access to one of the two private screened-in porches. All bedrooms include flat screen televisions and deluxe plush mattresses. This immaculately maintained home has a no smoking, no vaping, no parties and no pets policy. No firearms or fireworks are permitted on the premises.
Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying on the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Parking for 2 cars - Naturewalk does NOT allow RV's, trailers, or campers. Additional cooking grills or boiled pots etc ... not allowed.
Private Pool: Southern Grace's private pool can be heated upon request between Oct. 14th - May 12th for $55 a day. Please allow forty-eight (48) hours in advanced to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature. The pool is 3 to 5.5 feet deep max. The pool will be heated to a maximum of 85 degrees. Pool temperature cannot be changed and may be less in very cold weather. The pool is for registered guests only. Due to insurance liabilities, we cannot allow "friends of guests" to use the pool.
Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can lead to the pool. The home is equipped with state required alarm.
Naturewalk at Seagrove: A newer 150-acre community, Naturewalk is nestled between Point Washington State Forest and Watercolor off 395. An ideal pedestrian family friendly location, Naturewalk is very close to the Publix grocery store in the Watercolor Crossings Shopping center. Famous Seaside is only 1.5 miles to the west which has many eateries, events, and the REP Theatre. Amenities include - pickleball courts and Naturewalk's "Gathering Place" features a zero entry lagoon style pool, heated lap pool, hot tub, small kids splash pool, children's playground, fire pit, 2 outdoor grills, self entertainment bar, hammocks, bathrooms, shaded seating with tables and chairs.
Seagrove Beach has the largest stretch of FREE, PUBLIC beach on the 30A.
Our beautiful emerald water, white sand beaches can be accessed via a car-free, nature trail called Lilly Lane from Naturewalk, on foot or bike. It leads to the San Juan Street beach access. Parking for cars or golf carts is available at the San Juan or Santa Clara beach access (which also has a ramp). Bike parking is available at numerous other beach access points.
Another beach access, Scenic 395 Beach Access, is 2.1 miles away.
We recommend Dothan, Andalusia and Greenwood beach walkovers to the west of San Juan (these are only accessible by bike or foot and are therefore less crowded). By car or golf cart, we recommend San Juan or Santa Clara. These are public beaches with no entry fees or parking fees.
State Park Beaches
The state parks also offer huge, beautiful, white sand beaches. To the East, Deer Lake State Park ($3 per car) and to the West Grayton Beach State Park ($5 per car).
Bike Paths: 30A is a beautiful, scenic, truly unique 19-mile stretch of paradise (with bike path) that runs parallel to the beach and is comprised of many communities. Amazing white sand, rare costal dune lakes, Grayton Beach Park, excellent restaurants, spectacular homes, and good old southern hospitality!
Our home is furnished with resort quality linens and towels with guaranteed fresh linens and towels placed every turnover.
