Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It was easy to get around the city using nearby bus lines, fairly close to Rittenhouse Square & very close to the people I was visiting in the Graduate Hospital area. It’s on the first floor of a walkup row house. The studio is fairly roomy, quiet & private.

Negative: A fair number of the electrical outlets didn’t seem to be working, particularly the one in the bathroom sonI couldn’t dry my hair there. The laundry area is down a step set of stairs in the basement. It’s reasonably priced, but bring plenty of quarters because that’s all the machines take. The “yard” is a fenced in concrete pad that is definitely NOT cozy at all so I’d call that title ironic!
