1 Bedroom Apartment with Air Conditioner, Pool and Private Pool
It has been a long year! I am happy to be hosting once again after closing up since late 2019. I welcome you to my home in paradise! Due to new laws in place by City and County of Honolulu, I may only rent for no less than 29. Please inquire for more info.
This studio is fully equipped with a very comfortable queen size bed, an attached living ,and dining room with a kitchenette, small dining table seating two, a futon couch, a television with cable and wifi. The large bathroom has a walk in closet and a huge shower.The large yard comes with access to the dock overlooking Enchanted Lakes and Mt. Olomana. The swimming pool is all yours to use. There are chairs for suntanning or relaxing by the pool in the evening. Parking is available on the street. Beach chairs ,boogie boards and snorkels are available. There are 2 dogs on the property . Harvest and Snoops are official greeters. They are well behaved and will leave you alone if you ask them.I live in attached but separate living quarters. The space is private. The only shared thing is the pool and I never use it!!!The setting feels resort like. Within walking distance is Kailua and all of it's many treasures. You can rent a bike and leave your rental car parked or walk to town in 10 minutes. We have so many great coffee shops, restaurants and shops. There are beautiful beaches and opportunities for water activities like stand up paddling, kayaking, snorkeling, wind kiting, or just plain frolicking in the ocean. If you don't want to leave , you can hang out at the salt water pool, suntan, and relax in private. Check in 3:00PM/Check out 11:00 AM. New laws passed by City and County of Honolulu effective 2/23/22 say I must advertise for no less than 90 days. Before booking send an inquiry for updates.Aloha!!
