316b is a privately owned Suite in the beautiful Harborside Suites Hotel located in Little Harbor Resort. Disclaimer to my guests. KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK :) The Harborside Suites is currently doing remodeling. Meaning, they are taking out and bringing in new furniture, decor, most painting has been done. At times the workers use the elevators for hauling away items. A few inconveniences may occur do unforeseen incidents. Some projects can cause noise or shut down some amenities temporarily. The pool inside of Harborside Suites is open but if they pressure wash or service the pumps, we then ask guests to use the townhome pools. 5 minute walk. We are offering a 15% off rates due to this. Our unit however, is inside the building, not part of the remodeling as it is privately owned. NOTE: that is just the hotel, not the entire Little Harbor Resort. The restaurants, community townhome pools, etc are all operating the same! We are still renting out to our guests as you still have parking, wifi, cable, access to all the amenities in the hotel and in the entire resort! We anticipate this remodeling to end by mid 2022. They are working only during day hours and doing their best to not inconvenience anyone. The goal is to BEAUTIFY the hotel, leave it like new again :) Things to know: guest will report and communicate directly with us :) we have our own separate team to handle requests. * This is a self-serve suite, meaning that we do not replenish disposable toiletries during your stay. I would love to but unfortunately I do not have the capacity to operate like a hotel. Our current cleaning company provides the following items to welcome you. > 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom > Bar hand soap > Travel size shampoo/conditioner/body wash > Dish soap and sponge > 2 dishwasher pods > 3 trash bags > 1 roll of paper towels * There is a Big Lots, Winn Dixie and Publix within 10 mins or less from the home. * This is a Three Story Townhome. First floor is the garage, second and third floor is the living area. This is why we have gorgeous water views from 4 balconies. No elevator. * Regular Coffee Pot (bring filters/coffee/sugar/cream if needed) * We provide two beach chairs. If you need more, South shore Watersports Rents Chairs and Umbrellas for $5 (all day use). * There are two Marina's onsite for a boat slip and more information contact Little Harbor Marina in Ruskin and/or Antigua Cove in Little Harbor in Ruskin. Google them. * You can park your trailer and boat in carport, usually fits. If not, there is a cul-de-sac where you can park with a parking pass. * You can rent Fishing Poles/Bucket and buy bait at the Marinas as well. * How do I check in? I will contact you for your check in process and will give you the updated door code the day of your arrival. *Top balcony gets a lot of bird activity. We clean it regularly but birds continue to fly in and do their business. This is something to know in advance. We are looking for a solution. GUEST MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS: * No smoking * Follow Community Rules and quiet hours * No Street Parking * Guests must report any issues immediately upon arrival and send photos. * Guests must agree to give access to maintenance, cleaning lady or management if they need to enter to resolve an issue. * Guests must be aware that we do not replenish disposable toiletries * Guest must report any incidentals to my host during my stay. * We understand that things happen during your stay and that is why I have a local Maintenance company ready to come out and help if an issue happens. We strive to have the home perfect for your arrival but if we do miss something, we want to know and want to make it right. This is a Caribbean-Style Family Community is full of private amenities and activities for our guests! Centrally located in Tampa Bay and near many award winning beaches! We allow Instant Bookings and our guests can easily check in using our self check in process. No need to meet anyone. Our privately owned units are all professionally cleaned after every check out, you can feel comfortable in a clean environment. Enjoy the Marina, Pool and Bay view from the balcony! Walk down to the Private Beach and catch a peaceful nap! (5-7 minute walk within the community and free parking if you choose to drive). Take a dive or layout by our outdoor pool with the Marina and Ocean View. Make sure to wave at the tour guided groups! You can also head down to the Hooks Bar and Grille pool where you can order drinks at the bar and enjoy pool side. Feeling hungry? You have options! Hooks Bar & Grille offers a full lunch and dinner menu with indoor and outdoor seating. String light patio seating with stunning waterway views. Don't want to miss the Sunset? Walk down to the Tiki Bar and Sunset Grille! Another great restaurant option with a full bar and Caribbean-American Cuisine. Want a memorable selfie? Walk down to the Pier to catch an amazing sunset with incredible skyline views of Tampa Bay! Kick off your shoes and walk down our cozy beach, private and family friendly. Not ready for bed yet? Stay for live music! String lights come on and the live entertainment begins. Enjoy the sound of an acoustic guitar, sing along to popular tunes while feeling the breeze of the ocean hit your face. Tomorrow is a new day, what else can you do? Endless options! Go fishing, kayak or paddle board! Take a guided boat tour or join a fishing tour. Rent a golf cart and explore the community. Want to visit the small islands? Rent a jet ski and take a ride to the privately owned but open to public, Beer Can Island! It has a floating Tiki Bar! Need a workout? Head down to the Fitness Center in Building B! Have little ones? Plan a picnic in our outdoor picnic area that is located by the Playground! Let the kids play as you grill and enjoy the ocean view! Want to explore outside of the community? Where should we begin?! For family fun, we recommend going to Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, Children's Museum, Top Golf and Dave and Busters! Want to explore our Tampa Bay beaches? Pack your car, load the beach gear and head to Sarasota beaches, Bradenton beaches, Saint Pete Beach or Clearwater Beach! It's worth the drive, plan to stay the whole day! There is so much to do! Then come back to our peaceful community and enjoy the quiet, traffic free life at the end of the day. Want to enjoy Tampa Bay but also visit Disney? Make the drive! It's worth it! Our homes are large and cozy for families, hard to find a deal like this near Disney. Many families book here and drive to Orlando. Here is a secret, Orlando doesn't have the nice beaches we have :) Stay here and drive to Disney for the day! That is the best way to get the best of both worlds! Tropical beach days and Mickey Mouse ears! After all, you already are in Florida! Make the best of it! Special occasion?
