House located in residential and quiet area, facing south and southwest with terrace and fully enclosed courtyard, possibility of bringing a car. Very nice promenade by the sea.

Summary: The property is in a wonderful location, just 50 metres from the beach and very near the port with it's excellent selection of restaurants. Clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of fresh linen and a lovely secluded patio with plenty of outdoor seating. The owner of the property, Catherine, was extremely welcoming and helpful. She made sure there was a stock of leaflets and maps of the area, providing English versions where available. She also provided details and locations of all the local markets for us. The property is an excellent base to explore the area, very central yet in a peaceful location. The local $1 Euro bus service is a great way to get around and there are a choice of bus-stops near the property which means you do not need to hire a car.
