Positive: House in very good location. Big Pool. The host was reachable by phone at any time. Malfunctions were resolved quickly. Easy check in. House was clean. Good washing mashine an dryer.
Negative: The house takes up to 8 people. It has 4 rooms. 2 rooms are directly connected to a bathroom. 2 rooms share a bathroom which was accessible via the hallway, no hair dryer available. 1 room comes with an individual AC, the other 3 rooms + the livingroom have a zentral AC. We never figured out, if the AC could have been set , so that the temperature can be set separately in each room. We all had different perceptions of warmth, so some of us just always had to suffer at night, because it was either too cold or too warm for one. There is no table and chairs for 8 people to sit down and join breakfast, lunch or dinner together. Neither outside nor inside. There is a counter and a small bartable with 5 chairs to sit. Besides that a sofa and some launch furniture ouside. That made having meals together very uncomfortable. The kitchen is also very poorly equipped with kitchen utensils. We got along, since we were only five people, but for 8 there would defently not be einough dishes. There is no coffeemaschine only a capsule machine, that we didnt want to use, brought our own french press. The house doen´t have a dustpan and broom. When we asked for it, the host offered to send a cleaning crew for $75. He told us that guests don't usually clean the houses. We found this very strange, because we found it normal, that in a stay over 12 days every once in a while guests want to broom sand or food of the floor. For this no cleaning team is necessary. We than lend a broom from a relativ and bought a dustpan. What defently has to be done, is clean the covers from the outside furniture. They had foxing and nobody really wantet to sit on them with no towel underneath it. Also here there are only two sun loungers. For 8 people way not enough. In the end, we must say that the pictures on booking look much nicer than in reality. The holiday home is generally OK, but does not quite meet the price-performance ratio according to European standards.
