Positive: The room was very clean, nicely presented and well stocked (water, coffee, plates, cutlery, cooking appliances). We had a small issue with drainage which the staff were immediate to respond much to our liking and we were not familiar with such fast service in the Philippines. The staff met us at the security gate and helped us process our access passes which made us feel safe and secure. Staff were also flexible with our check out so we could minimise time at the airport which was also much appreciated. The bed was comfortable! Best we have had on our 5 week trip in SE Asia! Location was quiet for Puerto Princesa which we liked but because it’s such a small city, it was just 5min tuk tuk to the restaurants and nightlife which we thought was quite convenient.
Negative: I’m really scratching my head to think about something we didn’t like but we both liked every bit of it.
Summary: Clean, comfortable, convenient, well-appointed, friendly staff and great location! Thank you!
