2 Bedroom Condo with Laundry, Air Conditioner and Internet

Each unit will have cleaning supplies and disinfectant for guest use during their stay including small bottles of hand sanitizer.
This unit features a Master bedroom with king bed and private bath. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Large living room with sofa and comfortable side chair with full water view as well as a dining room with table and chairs. The kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. You have your own private laundry with washer and dryer. Sit on the lanai and watch the spectacular sunsets and dolphins while you enjoy your morning coffee.
Punta Rassa has a large private pool and hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, playground, gazebo with sitting area, gas grills and restrooms. The entire property is meticulously maintained and has beautiful landscaping as well as plenty of walking areas to enjoy. The association owns a private community fishing dock that comes with a pier license as well as two other docks you can fish from. The building has two elevators with parking adjacent to the building.
If you have a boat, there is a public boat launch at the entrance to Punta Rassa Road. Social events take place through the winter months starting in October under the cabana. In addition, you can walk to the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa or have dinner and drinks with your complimentary social membership at Sanibel Yacht Club Marina both located adjacent to the property.
