Summary: Qara Otel was so cute. They have done a great job decorating and it was a very inviting atmosphere. Our check-in experience/requesting recommendations for restaurants was a little tough because of the language barrier, but I think they are trying. Probably through no fault of their own, the bathroom/jacuzzi area smell. I think there must be an issue with the pipes. Breakfast was delightful and once I met an English speaker he was very nice. We were there in October which is the start of the off season. In summer this place would likely be firing on cylinders and its location gives it excellent views in calm surrounds while still allowing you to walk to the nearby beach/nightlife.
