Renter will be responsible for utilities in excess of $250 charged through the app. Close outdoor parking, all utensils and appliances for kitchen, comfortable refreshed linen, basic toiletries, cleaning supplies, Amazon Alexa, DVD player, board games, things to do in the area travel guide, lunch pail, iron, and a desk for those traveling for business. Children are absolutely welcome as we are fully equipped with twin size hideaway bed, high chair, potty chair, outlet covers, bath toys, safety vest for swimming, play pen and eating utensils. Please notify the host at the time of booking if traveling with children so the proper accommodations can be made.
Renter must express any dissatisfaction within the first 24 hours of their stay. Please review refund policy. 30 day reservations or more only, no less than 30 days will be approved.
