Positive: Beautiful property, Nerano is such a treasure. Grounds were lovely and well kept.
Negative: We stayed on a Tuesday. The restaurant was not open which we weren’t aware of as it was a day off which is fine. We had a booking to eat elsewhere. However as it was a day off nothing else in the hotel was open/available such as the shuttle down to Nerano, the bar, other facilities. We were not aware of this and at the time of booking Tuesdays were not cheaper than other days to stay. We expected to still be able to use the hotel facilities. This was not outlined at the time of booking or anywhere prior to arrival so it came as a surprise and was disappointing. We did not get the full experience, we would have booked a different night would we have been made aware.
