It features a living room with dining area (equipped with sofas, TV, dining table, air conditioning), fully equipped independent kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available to our guests and is included in the rental price during fixed hours (14:00-16:00 and 20:00-08:00).In the exterior, the terrace (accessed from the living room) is a true paradise. Furnished with a table, chairs and two sun loungers, it offers the most beautiful and unobstructed views of the sea. This is definitely a holiday home that should not be missed!The tourist tax is included in the price.Important information to bear in mind:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
