This Provencal farmhouse of 180m2 is beautifully located on its 1 hectare plot where olive trees, pines and oaks immerse you in the most natural environment that VAR can offer you. It has been designed to accommodate an extended family so that everyone can occupy, rest or bask in peace during the long summer days.

The entrance to the house immerses you in the history of its construction with its stone wall which gives the freshness of the place. On your left is a first sleeping area with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. On your right 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom. Each room offers a unique decoration chosen with taste by the owner of the place.
To the right of the entrance is the living room with its many armchairs to accommodate family games, intimate discussions, reading or even naps. From this room with high ceilings there is a staircase giving access to an office open to the living room. A library leads the way to a sleeping area including a master bedroom and its bathroom. From this floor you can contemplate the vines from the terrace.
Crossing the living room you will find the kitchen in the colors of Provencal blue. This fully equipped room gives direct access to the covered terrace serving as a meeting place for family meals.
The garden itself is an exceptional setting. Only the sound of birds and cicadas can be heard.
Below the house, out of sight, is the swimming pool area (13x4 by 2.5 meters deep). Protected by two alarms, it is in the sun all day and gives you an unobstructed view of the green hills of the Var. You will appreciate its very large summer kitchen which can accommodate bbqs for family lunches.
There are many corners around the house that you will choose to use at specific times of the day, if you prefer to stay in the sun or enjoy some shade.
Our animal friends are welcome at the property, except in the rooms for hygienic reasons.
