Located less than a 100 yards off the Little Red River this charming cabin with boat slip will provide the perfect location for your family getaway, a trout fisherman's dream or a place to relax and restore. Located just a few miles downriver and 10 minutes from Heber Springs Town Square and Greers Ferry Lake, you will be able to enjoy the peace and quiet and be a short drive to all the other attractions Heber Springs offers.
This Fully Furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin has tons of charm. Each Bedroom is an ensuite located on opposite sides of the cabin. The Kitchen is nicely equipped with Stainless Appliances, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances & everything needed to prepare that special meal. The fireplace anchors the main living area and there are 2 oversized recliners, A Sofa Bed and a casual dining areas that will seat 6. There are smart TV's in each bedroom and the main living area. There is a gas grill, charcoal grill and a fire pit with wood.

Summary: My husband and I came to the area for the first time. This was a last minute plan . We choose this listing because based from picks it had two recliners facing a TV placed over a fireplace. Our plan was to pick up a boat we purchased and watch college football all day Saturday. This cabin was conveniently located to a marina to launch a boat in the Little Red River right out the back door. And was also a close drive to Greer Ferry Lake. Had the weather not been so bad Saturday we definitely would of done that. The town of Searcy was 30mins away to go shopping and had several restaurants. Overall the location is fantastic and convenient. Surprisingly quiet and super cozy and comfortable. The property owners/managers where very easy to get a hold of and super helpful. Easy check in and out . If we ever get a chance to visit this area again for a longer period of time this would be a great place to stay. Nicer on the inside then the pictures show.
