It is part of the Blitz Apartment Complex, which features a beautiful swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) surrounded by a large green area and a solarium, where each resident is assigned a designated area. A communal barbecue is available for shared use.
The apartment is located on the first floor and includes a kitchenette equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine.
