Short 10 min boat ride to the entertainment center of the lake (Halesford Bridge) yet located above the bridge so boat traffic is not as intense. Deep water, floating dock, Easy walk to the water, Bonfire pit, lots of movies, grill, sunrise views on water side. Nonsmoking, hardwood, close to the water, views of water in front and back. ice cream boat comes by daily, private peninsula with wide water views on both sides .
