Summary: The condo is in an excellent location with a great view of the water. The communication with the owner (Ricardo) was good. Check in process was very good. On the downside, there was no tv in the living room (as shown on the picture) only the tv bracket. TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Stove didn’t work and coffee maker didn’t have the pot to make coffee. We have visited Cap Cana several times over the past few years and enjoyed each visit. This time however there is a big problem with sargassum which produce a foul smell that is felt everywhere and prevented us of getting in the water.
