3 Bedroom Apartment with Security, Wellness Facilities and Spa
Istanbul is built on two continents, Europe and Asia, divided by the Bosphorus. Our premises is at the very best location in Asia side, very close to Bosphorus (5 min walk), historical places like Maiden's Tower, the ferry and Marmaray stations which takes you to the Historical Peninsula in 20 minutes.
Uskudar is an old historical place itself, just near the Bosphorus. It has got some high hills and sharp slopes, most of the buildings are old and has got no elevators. Hence, we advise our guests to make sure before booking that their Vrbo house is not on a high hill and/or on a high floor - to avoid any tiring holiday. Our first floor apartment is not on the hill side, just near the main street, so easy to reach out. It is very close to the Bosphorus and very a peaceful one, though near the local cuisine, cafes, mall, Maiden Tower, Turkish baths and Kadıkoy pubs. We have street parking. No smoking allowed in the house - only in the balcony. Coffee, tea, bottle water, shampoo, conditioner, shower jel, soap, toilet paper are complimentary. There are two double beds, one foldable armchair-converted to single bed and a crib in the bedrooms, one wide sofa in the living room-converted to double bed. Air matress, baby chair, extra linens, pillows could be provided upon request. Pls note that ID is required due to governmental rules. As it is a very quite family neighbourhood - no parties and extremes allowed.
