Positive: Awesome view. The property is good for the money you pay if you like to spend less than a hotel or a villa.

Negative: Initially, we thought we were booking a single family villa, turned out it was an apartment complex. Heating was a bit off, the property had floor heating but it took a lot of time until the rooms got somewhat heated as we turned the heating on at the moment of arrival, it was not preheated before us coming in. The property did not offer any toiletries. However, there was some coffee in one of the apartments we booked. The staff was kind, we did switch one of the apartments as they offered us a pretty small space for 5 people with no lake view. We payed up for the new apartment. The photos on Booking.com do not show properly the apartments in my opinion and the owners had not listed information that this was actually not a villa but rather a complex of differently sized apartments. We did not get new towels and bed sheets for the span of 3 days. We had to use whatever was initially provided and there were no spare towels or sheets. Overall, I'd definitely pay more to get a more comfortable stay at a hotel for example.
