Positive: The location is very close to cable car Flegere (walking 3 min distance). in the apartment you can find all that you need.
Negative: The bedrooms are not very spacious, and the fact that two bedrooms share one toilet and one shower is not always convenient, but this are just small things to mention that does not make the location perfect. Also you cannot find any supermarket in the area, You have to travel all the way to Chamonix centre to buy stuff.
Summary: Very good location and value for money. The apartment is almost perfect.
