The historical structure was born in the 19th century at the time of the planting of olive trees (over 120 years ago), it was restored from 2016 to 2017 and has 7 authentic cones, 3 of which are of the Saracen type to which the exposed stone has been left internally as it was in the beginning. the addition of two lamias on the rear to the west made it possible to integrate the functional complex which is divided into two rather similar apartments. The lamias are divided by a common courtyard or solarium and two private shaded courtyards for relaxation in the moments of greatest insolation. A large swimming pool of 12.00x6 is placed. 00 meters. The structure overlooks the SP47, it is not isolated as there are other n. 4 similar structures a stone's throw away and it is only 4 km from the Via Appia that connects Taranto to Brindisi. It is about 7 km away from the Auschan di Messagne shopping center where guests can buy groceries and go shopping. On Friday and Saturday there are the local markets of Francavilla Fontana and Latiano respectively.

Torre Guaceto is a Marine Nature Reserve with breathtaking beaches which is about 20min away on the Adriatic Sea.
Lido Specchiola 20min. Torre Santa Sabina 25 min. Punta Prknown with Caribbean beaches on the Ionian sea, is only 30 min.
City:
Lecce with its splendid Palazzi Barocchi is 40min away; while the city of Brindisi 20min; Taranto with its wonderful archaeological museum and the historic center, 40mi; Bari is 1h 10 min, so you can visit the historic city and the crypt of San Nicola (Santa Klaus). Gallipoli about 1h with its splendid historic center and castle.
Swabian Castles:
In a radius of about 10-16km you can visit the historic centers of Ostuni the white city, Ceglie Messapica, Carovigno, San Vito dei Normani, Oria, Messagne, Francavilla Fontana, all with a Swabian castle of around 1200. A little further away, 25km from the Trullo, Alberobello stands the city of the trulli, a UNESCO heritage site. At 20 km another white town Locorotondo, built on a rocky ridge with breathtaking views of the trulli valley.
