Guest access
This is a two story condo. The ground floor features the open concept Living Room and Kitchen with Dining Table and Bar.
The second floor features the master bedroom with a king bed and it's own full bathroom. The newly renovated shower features dual shower heads and each toilet features a Tushy bidet. If you're visiting in the summer you'll especially appreciate this!
The second floor also features the second bedroom which has two queen beds and another full bathroom. We also recently renovated this bathroom and it features an L-Shaped Standing Shower.
Other things to note
Guests may use the community grill and the green space. You can sunbathe or just chill outside and people watch everyone hanging out on their balconies!
Also, check out the pools at Pinewood Social: It’s a farm to table bar/restaurant only two blocks away and has two outdoor pools, a bowling alley, and bocce ball. You can get bar service while you enjoy their pools and overlook our gorgeous skyline!!
There are events year round in Nashville. Events include: NHL, NFL, CMA Fest, Major Concerts, Grande Ole Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame, George Jones Museum, Johnny Cash Museum, Musician's Hall of Fame, events at the Omni, JW Marriott, Music City Center, Nissan Stadium, Ascend Amphitheatre, and Bridgestone Arena.
There's also a first aid kit and sewing kit in the cart drawers under the microwave. Plus, I have a fire extinguisher in the cabinet right under the kitchen sink. Your safety as a guest is my top priority!
