Summary: Town is pretty run down. Had to be there for a wedding, so not many choices. We were upstairs in the apartment. Very old and Rustic. Do not plan on sleeping in the living room as an option. Futon cushion is shot. Could use some TLC. It was fine for our needs. Could hear the river once the AC was turned off. So that was a plus.
