Negative: A lot of noise during the night from passing cars and traffic, did not appreciate the discretionary service charge added to the bill (eg a large for all staff to share), breakfast mistakes eg the omelette fillings but was corrected promptly. Breakfast à la carte nice idea but quite basic and a lot of sweet items. Mould on some fruit in the berry bowl. Lack of personality/no interpersonal skills with some breakfast staff. There was an issue with the large overhead shower head not working, this still had not been fixed despite an engineer being called to look at the issue
