Positive: The place was made likeable as we were family of 25 + kids, else there is nothing much to like on this property. There are 2 bungalows combined with 12 rooms to stay. 1 bunglow is spacious and good, the other one is not so good. Space is good to play including kids area. On request, we had a late check out at 1 PM.
Negative: Firstly the HOST who does not stay at the property, only calls you to follow up on money, rest you need to do the callings to make sure that you are getting what you are promised on this property. We reached later than 2 PM and the place was not ready, had to wait for 20-30 minutes. Later, we saw the swimming pool which was in pathetic state, had to follow up for another 3 hours to get it cleaned. The care takers on property clearly called out that they will not be cleaning the swimming pool as that is not their job. External help was arranged to clean it. The swimming pool was somewhat clean and ready around 6 PM. Just be cautious, the swimming pool has 2 sections (upper for kids and lower for adults) without any instructions at the pool. 4 of my family members were injured and were bleeding due to no information on this division and there is no first aid kit at the property:), please carry yourself as the medicals are almost 3-4 Kms away. Talking about the complimentary breakfast - you will be given options as unlimited but it's very very limited. The caretaker on the property literally had to get eggs and Pav 3 times from the outside store. Yes, the host can say that we eat a lot, but then if we have 2 options (POHA and EGG) on the menu and POHA was over as it was just made for 10-15 people and there is no chance of making it again, so there will be rush on egg. Two people on this property as care takers, imagine 1 lady cooking live eggs for 25 people, what a rush..In short not a great place to be. Lastly, as I mentioned the HOST will just call you to ask money and never ever ask how was your stay or do you need anything?
