- For the comfort of our guests, all windows and balcony door must be closed when using the A/C or heat. If a window and/or balcony door are left open for more than 5 minutes, the system will automatically shut off to save energy and only resume once all are closed.

- Fireplace not available in summer.

- Please be aware that while our condo is regularly treated for pests, its mountain location means encounters with insects like mosquitoes are common, especially during the summer months. This can happen while enjoying the balcony or exploring the property. We cannot be held responsible for any insect bites that may occur during your stay.

- Ski locker for your use located on site in The Appalachian (winter).
