Welcome to this cosy villa with private swimming pool which is located in a very peaceful area, in Sa Coma. With 260 m2 it has capacity for 8 people and it is just 850 metres far from the beach.
The exteriors are very welcoming, with several garden areas and the terrace, located on a plot of 780 m2.
The garden porch, of 36 m2, overlooks the swimming pool. It is fully furnished and has a barbecue. All in all it is the perfect place to enjoy al fresco meals, taking the fresh air and swimming in the pool while the dinner is being cooked. The pool, measuring 4 x 7.5 metres and with a depth ranging from 1.3 to 2.2 metres, is private. Around it, on the lawn and on the pool terrace you will have six sun loungers where you can sunbathe comfortably.
The accommodation has central heating. For the summer months, open the windows and enjoy the Mediterranean breeze. In addition, the house has four fans so that you can use them in the rooms where you need them. There is WIFI and satellite TV. The kitchen, very spacious, well cared for and well equipped, has everything you might need during your stay: blender, microwave, fridge with freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, juicer, kettle, etc. Of course, there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the living-dining room, 30 m2, very luminous and cosy, you will enjoy lying down on the comfortable sofas, where you can relax watching TV or reading a book. You will see how the furniture and all the spaces have an unbeatable quality. In the dining area there is a large Mallorcan table where you can enjoy your meals and have long after-dinner conversations.
The area of Sa Coma is a beautiful residential area in the east of Mallorca and has a great variety of sandy beaches and coves very close by. In fact, the beach of Sa Coma is only 850 metres from the house. The village of Son Servera is about 5 km away, where you can visit the old town and find restaurants serving typical Mallorcan cuisine. Manacor, where you will find a large number of shops, is also only a few kilometres away. The villages of Artà and Capdepera, with their medieval atmosphere, are also worth a visit. In Portocristo, only 6 km away, you will find the famous Caves of Drach or dels Hams. For the little ones you can visit the safari and children's playgrounds in the area. If you are looking for nightlife, on the beach promenade you will find pubs and bars where you can have a drink. In 20 minutes you can also reach Cala Ratjada, where there are several discotheques and a lot of atmosphere. If you really like sports such as golf, tennis or paddle tennis, the area is ideal. There are several golf courses within a radius of 20 km (Son Servera Golf Course, Pula Golf Course, Canyamel Golf Course, Capdepera Golf Course and Rotana Golf Course). If what you like is cycling there are very interesting routes such as visiting the hermitage of Artà, the lighthouse of Cala Rajada, etc.
