Enjoy the Adirondacks directly on Sacandaga Lake. 300 feet of direct and private lake frontage. Enjoy sitting out by the fire listening to the loons as the sun is setting. 4 kayaks, paddle boat, and canoe provided for your use! Home has been fully renovated over the past few years. Full kitchen and propane grill is great for family gatherings and cooking out. Tons of great hiking nearby or fish right from the beach! Prime fall days still available for watching the leaves change!
The space
Private direct lakefront location on 5 acres and over 300 ft of direct lakefront! 5 Bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen, bathrooms, and most of the upstairs were renovated in 2019. The downstairs area which is 1200 sq ft was just completely renovated and included new flooring, walls, completely new bathroom, large windows looking out at the lake from the living room and bunk room.
Pictures of the private beach / exterior area for the summer are included in listing. 4 Kayaks, a canoe, paddleboat, and fire pit are all for your use! Summer stays will be for 13 guests and under.
