Summary: My children, grandchildren, and I were in town for a family funeral, so it was a very emotional time. We were not at the house very much, mostly just to sleep. The house was fine, and the fact that they allow dogs was the main reason it was chosen. It didn't have the cozy, welcoming feeling that most vacation rentals I've stayed at seem to have. My only complaint, which is more an observation, is that there is a dart board in the entryway, and a drawer full of metal-tipped darts that was far too easily accessible by my curious 5 and 3-year-old grandsons. I ended up removing the drawer and storing it on a shelf in the laundry room for the duration of our stay.
