Perfect for business stays—per Boston regulations, a simple contract with your company is required (no extra fees). Check-in is 3–9 PM, with key pickup at a nearby KeyCafe. For late check-in, please notify us in advance to coordinate access.

IMPORTANT: Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements:
1) Filling out an Intake Form or Pre-arrival Form which includes providing a Selfie with ID.
2) Signing a Rental Agreement.
All access point are with key locks.
Key Cafe Instruction will be provided at least a day before check-in date or upon completion of reservation requirements. The Key pickup location is 5-10 minutes walk from the Property.

We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on.
