This property is a serene respite for you as you take in all the Springs and surrounding area have to offer. Peek around the shade tree while on the porch swing to glimpse views of Pikes Peak and enjoy a view of Cheyenne Mountain from the yard.
There is plenty of room to stretch out in your living space as there is a spacious dining area, kitchenette , and lovely living room area. The kitchenette includes a deep sink, washer/dryer, microwave and toaster oven. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and another with a king size sleep number bed. The bath includes a beautiful tile shower. The overall feel here is one of peace.
The entrance to this walkout basement apartment is at the back of the house, accessed by steps leading down to your own private entry.
