Une propriété de plain-pied : 300 M² + (25 M² d'annexe / Pool House) qui s'étend sur 5 hectares boisé à 5' du centre-ville d'Aix en Provence.
NOUVEAUTÉ 2024 : Beaurecueil à 5' d'Aix-en-Provence. Au calme absolu, boisé et verdoyant dans un environnement exceptionnel au sein du grand site classé et protégé de la montagne Sainte Victoire.
Magnifique propriété arborée en position dominante dans un panorama paisible, à l’ombre des pins, chênes, oliviers, arbousiers… tout proche de la route Cézanne (la seule route de France qui est classée).
Prestations de grande qualité (parquet, pierre naturelle, domotique).
Un olivier millénaire se trouve au centre de la propriété. Le jardin avec les terrasses couverte ou non, paysagé aux parfums de Provence (lavande, olivier, romarin...), donnant sur la piscine avec pelouse et arrosage automatique sans aucun vis-à-vis.
Votre confort a été placé au centre de notre réflexion avec des matelas de qualité, la climatisation réversible dans toute la propriété. Portail automatique, Wifi, grand parking et terrain de boules à votre disposition. Toutes les pièces de la propriété ont une vue sur la piscine.
- La propriété est composée d’un grand salon/salle à manger de 80 m² très lumineux, une cuisine entièrement équipée.
- Pour la partie nuit, vous profitez d’une suite parentale de 80 M² avec (1 lit double de 160), sa salle de bain (baignoire balnéo) avec douche privée et toilette, ainsi qu’un coin bureau, (pouvant accueillir un lit simple supplémentaire).
- Une grande chambre double de 40 m² avec (2 lits double de 160), sa salle de bain avec douche privée et toilette.
- 1 toilette séparé.
- Espace piscine doté de son ( annexe / pool house de 25 M² ) pouvant héberger (1 personne supplémentaire). Il est attenant à une grande terrasse avec sa climatisation, son bar et cuisine d'été tout équipée (frigo, lave-vaisselle, plaque à induction, machine à glaçons, BBQ...) ainsi qu’une salle de douche Int/Ext avec toilette.
- La piscine de (12 x 5 m) avec son plongeoir, fontaine et Jacuzzi est située devant la maison. Elle est traitée au sel naturellement par un électrolyseur (chlore naturel) pour un confort de baignade inégalé. En terme de sécurité, elle dispose d'un rideau automatique ainsi que pour préserver la chaleur accumulée dans la journée (température moyenne de 29° dans la saison estivale). 6 bains de soleil sont à votre disposition autour de la piscine ainsi qu'un parasol et un grand store banne.
Vous pourrez prendre vos repas autour de la piscine à l’ombre d’un chêne sur la terrasse naturellement ombragée.

Summary: We spent 2 weeks at the property and we found it extremely peaceful and relaxing. You can hear cicadas/crickets all day which is lovely (never see them though so no worries, those of you afraid of insects). At night there is an absolute silence. The property is gated and secure, and the house is very clean and extremely well equipped with modern appliances and lighting system (sometimes too modern to figure out). Overall, we felt very comfortable. The pool is a dream - large, deep (up to 2.5 m) and the best of it - with a handy pool house fully equipped with a fridge, ice maker, freezer and a bathroom. One important point to mention that didn't bother us, but it could be an issue for some. The owner of the property lives next door and sometimes came over to use a washing machine in the wash room (with a back door), the fridge in the pool house or to water the plants. He was absolutely private and quiet, used times when we weren't around or early mornings, so we never felt observed; but we did have a couple of unexpected and funny encounters. It is not possible to use the wooded area around the house for walks as it's on the hill, without any hiking trails. We were a bit disappointed as we wanted to go for short walks with our dog.
