With perched views of Penobscot Bay, two minutes from hiking and mountain climbing at neighboring Camden Hills State Park, and just over a mile north of Downtown Camden, this large, comfortable Mainehome is spacious and comfortable with all new furnishings. After a day of sailing on Penobscot Bay, hiking, dining, shopping in downtown Camden, Belfast, Rockland or simply exploring any part of Midcoast Maine, come home and relax on theopen decks facing the water for evening cocktails in your private surroundings.
Guest enter the home toa sunroom which leads into the new custom timber-framed kitchen and great room with floor to ceiling windows and balcony. A side deck allows for grilling and entry to the yard and water access. There is a hall half bath, pantry and extra refrigerator in the garage. Up the stairs and across the cat walk is, the king primary with an ensuite classic shower stall bathroom. Across the hall is a full, shared bathroom with custom tiled shower and separate soaking tub. There are queen and king bedrooms towards the back of the house.
Down the stairs, you will find two hallways with their own kitchenettes and full bathrooms. Down one hallways, leads you to the theatre room with ping pong table to keep you busy on a rainy day. The parallel hall leads to a large bedroom with two full bunk beds with twins above. Venture down to the rocky beach to watch the sunset or enjoy finding treasures along the private pathway from the house.
