Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hosts were very responsive to any contact before our stay. We were able to check in to the property early which was great as we were looking to get into Hornsea earlier than 3 to make the most of the day. The host left some essentials including milk, cereals, biscuits, crisps etc which was great. Overall the house was clean and comfortable, and the location was brilliant to visit our family in Hornsea.

Negative: The host received a complaint/complaints from neighbours about banging and loud voices. The property was advertised as sleeping 10 people which is going to come with noise. We had children with us, who are excitable and do make a level of noise, charging about and having fun. At no point did I feel it was excessive. It was a shame because we then were overly conscious about creating any noise on our 2nd day, and potentially didn't have as much fun as a result.

Summary: Perfect location, great hosts, clean and comfortable accomdation.
