Experience nature right out the front door in the Santa Cruz mountains, with only 20 minutes of traffic-free driving to Westside Santa Cruz, 10 minutes to Felton, and 20 minutes to the splendor of Highway One North Coast beaches. This home is available for mid-term (30 days) or longer-term rental only.
