It has its own private swimming pool and shares the garden (3500 m2) and the beach with 4 other villas. The sea is only one minute away: a few steps through the garden lead you to the sea and beach platforms.
This seafront villa offers 260 square meters of indoor living space as well as plenty of partly shaded space on the outside terrace. Even at full occupation the considerable space ensures for guests to escape in peace and quiet, making it ideal for families, friends traveling together.

Summary: We rented this villa for two weeks as a family of 10, including 4 children under 10. It proved to be a great holiday experience, in a stunning location on the peninsula (10 minute drive from Kas town), and with access to both private pool and sea. Being able to share the facilities of the adjacent Barbarossa Club Hotel, including the main restaurant just a few metres from our front door, was a bonus, and the buffet breakfast/BBQ dinner meals provided (without any requirement to pre-book) were of high quality and very good value. The beach bar, at sea level, was very handy for giving the children lunch-time snacks. The Villa itself was clean (and cleaned daily), well equipped, and attractive but functional. Everything (eg showers) worked well, and beds were comfortable. The service was efficient and friendly, and any requests or queries were dealt with immediately. Reception staff were always ready to assist with local information, booking boat trips or transportation. The children were made especially welcome by staff (which is not always the case in UK). Other things we liked about the Villa were:- The friendly booking arrangements, personally supervised by the manager, with emails answered promptly and clearly. The offer of transportation from and to Antalya airport at a very reasonable cost, enabling us to rent a car locally when we needed one. The local "Dolmus" half-hourly bus service to Kas, which passes the Club Hotel entrance, costing less than £1 per trip. The magical sea views from all rooms. Air conditioning in all rooms We would definitely recommend the property to others. The only potential drawback would be for clients with limited mobility or disability, as the Villa and the adjacent Club Hotel are built on a hillside with most journeys on foot involving a few steps, but the distances are quite short.
