This villa is a fine example of luxurious Kean construction, located in the area of Koundouros, a short distance from the famous beach and enjoys uninterrupted sunset views of the Aegean Sea. Although it is built in compliance with the precepts of the local architecture with the excessive use of the famous Kean stone, it blends successfully new design trends and provides guests a stylish and extremely comfortable housing experience, perfect for private, calm and relaxing holidays.
Without doubt, what makes this villa unique is, is the impressive exterior of the house dominated by the beautiful infinity pool which looks right out to the Aegean Sea. Close to the pool, stands a big shaded pergola with a dining table and nearby built in BBQ. Various shaded chill-out areas make the outside the ideal place to rest and relax during the day or night. The setting is complemented by the large garden surrounding the property, featuring a plethora of Mediterranean trees and plants and last but not least, a 15-meter petanque field that will be much appreciated by those fond of the game.
Sea Gem can accommodate up to twelve guests, in two totally independent housing units.
The main villa covers a total area of 200 s.m. in two levels and is suitable for six guests. The upper level encompasses a fully equipped open plan kitchen with great views and a large wooden dining table, a spacious living area with comfortable sofas and a fireplace plus a sitting area with TV. The lower level features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious storeroom
A fully furnished studio with an independent entrance, situated ten or so exterior steps under the main unit’s upper level, offers complete privacy. At a bit over 30 square meters is able to accommodate up to 6 guests in two bedrooms and a bathroom.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and direct access to the wide terrace with a south-west direction and a dramatic view of the Aegean
