3 Bedroom Apartment with Entertainment, View and Ocean View
Newly renovated - Great apartment for a holiday with family/friends. Great sea view from the big balcony. Free access to the infinity pool with cafe/restaurant. Close to La Mala beach & 5 mins drive from Monaco.The apartment is 35 sq.m. internally with a 15 sq.m. balcony and well designed to comfortably sleep 4-5 persons. There is a master bedroom with a double bed, a cabin room with a bunkbed and a sofabed converting into a double-bed in the livingroom.
There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, dishwasher, microwave etc. We have also installed a washing machine in the apartment. The laundry room in the residence is closed and we do not know if/when it will reopen. FREE PARKING, SUPER FAST FIBRE WIFI/INTERNET & AIR CONDITION. We have recently fitted a new kitchen, floor in the full apartment, modern bathroom, toilet, sofabed and refreshed the apartment with new paint, new mattresses for all beds, decorations etc.
We only provide essentials to get you started (toilet paper, dishwasher soap). It is for you then to buy your own once your are settled.
The apartment has a great location:
6 minutes walk to Cap d'Ail centre with supermarket, the bakery l'Autre Pain, a few restaurants, bars etc.
15-20 minutes walk to Plage Mala, which is a beautiful protected beach. You will find the amazing seaside restaurants La Reserve and Eden on La Mala beach and La Pinede just below the town centre. To walk back to the apartment please calculate more time as it will be up hill/up stairs.
With a car you will be spoilt for choice with anything between St. Tropez in France to Portofino in Italy, the ski resorts of Auron, Limone etc. and the cosy villages/wine areas being within a 2 hour drive.
Please note that while the property offers an amazing seaview, it is on a hill and the stairs mean that this is not an ideal apartment for young families with prams or persons/elderly with walking difficulties. The lift does not go all the way to the flat. You should expect to walk up the equivalent of 3 floors. (During the Monaco Grand Prix, minimum stay is 4 nights)
