Positive: The location was spectacular. Not only a good sea view from the terrace, but also on the most beautiful road in Santa Teresa Gullura. We never tired of the view from the top of the street nor the view from the terrace. Also, less than 5 minute walk from the main piazza but still so quiet at night. The location of this apartment cannot be bettered. The a/c was fantastically efficient.
Negative: We had to wait until 17:00 to collect keys and gain entry. Eventhough we arrived in Santa Teresa Gallura at 14:00. This was because the office was closed. That wasn't ideal. The apartment was sparsely furnished. The smaller bedroom had no table or wardrobe (wardrobe was in kitchen) and a defunct shower had been converted into a toilet. The kitchen units were old and water damaged in places. The terrace had plastic chairs and table but no parasol which made early evening too hot to sit out. Also, there are a lot of rules regarding recycling and how the apartment must be left upon check-out.
