Positive: It was VERY quiet.

Negative: Not sure if it’s clear, but this rental is the downstairs portion only. You do not have access to the lovely wrap-around deck, and there is no sea view whatsoever. That being said, it was very comfortable and quiet… and public access to the beach is very close.

Summary: Quiet, comfortable first floor accommodations with no view.
