Positive: The location was very convenient to the beach. The cottage is very roomy with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture and beds. We liked the front porch, which was facing trees for privacy, on nights that were not too hot we enjoyed eating are supper on the porch, the bugs did not really come out until after sunset.
Negative: The cottage needs some TLC, the kitchen window frame was broken with a really bad patch job and the shared bath needs a lot of repairs. The beach chairs provided are not really beach chairs, next time we will bring our own. The cleaning crew did a good job, however it really needs a more thorough cleaning. For instance, move the coffee table around in the living room and there was a lot of food droppings on the carpet. Otherwise, the cottage is very nice, and we loved the area, Treasure Island is not crowded this time of year, we will be back to explore St. Pete in the future.
