Come relax and recharge at The Perch on the Pond, the best kept secret on the Cumberland Plateau!
The Perch is a completely remodeled 3 bed/2 bath private home which sleeps 6 people maximum. There is a sleeper sofa in the sitting room.
We are a Pet Friendly retreat on a 13 acre private fishing lake which is restocked year round with bass, catfish, crappie, bluegill. We provide Kayaks and Paddleboards for guests.
We are located on Dayton Mountain between Dayton and Pikeville and within an hours drive of Chattanooga and Crossville.

Summary: The perch on the pond was the perfect location for our family to enjoy a quiet couple of days fishing. The home had everything that we needed and it was such a surprise to walk in to fresh bake cookies, and a dozen eggs in the refrigerator. We felt like Wade won the lottery! Although the weather didn’t cooperate very well, we were still able to enjoy family time fishing, and playing cards and cooking when the rain got too heavy to be outdoors. Check-in was easy, communication was great, and we were very happy with our stay. The beds weren’t awful, and there was plenty of space for the five of us. Highly recommend this place!
