The space
We are nestled in the middle of a residential block but on a main boulevard. Within one blocks walking distance you can find a pizza shop, Chinese restaurant, Caribbean food, and Rita's Water Ice. There is also a SEPTA bus stop at the corner for a quick trip into Philadelphia. This gives you the comforts of a suburban neighborhood with the convenience of city living.
Guest access
You have access to everything inside apartment number 3 including the full size washer/dryer, the walk-in closet and kitchen pantry. You will share a common entry stairway that leads to both apartments 2 and 3. You are welcome to lounge out on the front patio furniture.
Other things to note
The water feature will be on and running when you enter the space but can be turned off by unplugging it from the wall.

You may controle the heat by turning the dial on each floor board radiator through out the apartment. The window unit air conditioner will be set to 73 and can be adjusted at your will.

Please remove lint from dryer lint trap with each use. Leave washing machine front load door and detergent sceptical open after use to dry it out and prevent mildew.

You can find laundry detergent and cleaning products under the kitchen sink. You have a broom, dustpan and mop in the kitchen pantry.
