Positive: The sea at Caribbean Soma Bay is absolutely stunning and the highlight of the hotel. The beach is open until 7 PM, so you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and warm water. The reception staff are friendly and attentive to guests, and the main restaurant staff are respectful and polite. The food quality in the main restaurant is good and tastes delicious. However, the à la carte restaurants are not on the same level. The portions there are very small, although the taste is nice ..I liked the duck in french cousin. I recommend trying the Arabian, French and Italian restaurants, but the others—especially the Albanian—are below standard, particularly the pizza. The animation team was excellent, especially Mohamed and Suma, who were skilled and welcoming to all guests. The hotel is nice for children, and the small aqua park is cute, although it was not cleaned well. The lifeguard at the aqua park was respectful and took good care of the children’s safety. Overall, the trip was somewhat pleasant but not outstanding.

Negative: It was a good experience but the staff needed more training in hospitality..
