Summary: The apartment was in a great location and had wonderful views of the lake. We felt safe and comfortable. For the most part the apartment was clean but could use a good dusting, one of the base boards was peeling off in the kitchen/dining area, and the doors to the laundry were difficult to open since there was a water pan under the washer blocking it from opening all the way. But we worked around it. Also, we understand an early check in fee if arriving hours early but charging for just a half hour early is unreasonable for any lodging arrangements, especially since we were told our room was ready hours ago. The lobby staff ended up checking us in and overrode the fee that was coming up on the self check in kiosk. All of the staff were friendly and helpful whether working with them or passing them in the hall or elevator. We didn't have a chance to use the amenities on the 7th floor but we did check them out and they were top notch.
